Sonny Holtzman is a principal of the Holtzman Group.  Headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, the Holtzman Group (www.hgFlorida.com) represents a broad range of national and international clients in the public and governmental sectors.  Specializing in the areas of transportation, environment and health care, he has proven effective in meeting his clients’ needs for almost fifty years.

Holtzman is a past Chairman of the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX).  He is a past Chairman of Teamfl, and currently serves on its board of directors representing the corporate and private sector members of the organization. A sustaining member of IBTTA, he specializes in innovations of violation enforcement.

His leadership role in local, state, national, and international affairs earned him Miami Today’s Gold Medal Award in 2001 for professional achievement.
A Korean War veteran, Holtzman earned a degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and a law degree from the University of Miami, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Miami Law Review.
